I have made my fave John/Beatles songs from beatles career. I think the full length are 79 minutes.

some of my particular favourite Lennon songs are:
"nowhere man"
"should've known better" (although I take it people don't like this song)
"rain"
"I'm only sleeping"
"you've got to hide your love away" (although it may be a tad sappy)
"being for the benefit of mr. kyte"

you could also go with great covers:
"rock n roll music"
"twist and shout"

...I still think "I'll follow the Sun" is a john song, though the vocals are shared, and in that sense it could be possible to include include "I wanna hold your hand" or even "she loves you"

What are you talking about????? I´ll follow the sun is a Paul song written about 1958. :evil: :!:

If I should add one of these you have said I may exclude some of the other, and that will be much harder. Which would you exclude. You may know that there only are 80 minutes on a cd, right?

Yep..and most of it is DOUBLE TRACKED with Paul's voice...

That is my fave song of the early days, WAD. One of the high points of AHDN (movie) for me. Simply joyful delivery by Mr Lennon....
