Rock & Pop Music Producers

So Sir George Martin was honored at LA the other day.
If I´m not mistaken he was recently in a list with the all-time top twenty or something best producers. I haven´t seen the list but it motivated me to write a short list of Rock & Pop producers (they´re not musicians) I admire. I could not recall all the names (like the guy who produced Pink Floyd´s "The Wall") and I ended up with:

Of course George Martin (Beatles, Jeff Beck, America), plus "Mutt" Lange (AC/DC), Rick Rubin (The Cult and other rock acts), Daniel Lanois (Peter Gabriel, U2), Nigel Goodrich (Radiohead), Glyns Johns (The Who), Quincy Jones.

Who else ? Did I overestimate anyone in my list ?

There was an earlier thread that posted a link to "The Top 20 most influential Rock Producers" as voted by yada, yada, yada...
They included Sam Phillips, Brian Eno, Butch Vig, Jerry Wexler, Phil Spector etc.

Speaking for myself, until a few yars back I´d never paid much attention to producers but I came to realize that their input to songs and what they do in the recording studio can make a big difference to the artist´s work - for better or worse....
