I think there are three reasons why he stopped at 2999.

1. He said he had a planned absence looming.
2. He said it would not be proper to hit 3K without the presence of Ram, and
3. He also said it was my place to reach that milestone first.

Naturally, I'll do my damnedest - as I'm only just over 90 posts away, I might be able to do it this morning, if there's enough to comment on . . .

So true--it takes me a massive 10 minutes to get there and 10 minutes back, so once I'm home, i generally don't go back. Plus, the time difference hurts me as well [:D]
