I have various things on my plate - and I like to listen to CDs whole the first time. I don't like listening in bits and pieces. If we take a look at the average day, at any given time, I may be . . .

Sleeping
Eating
In lectures
On the internet
In town shopping
Playing my keyboard
Watching videos

Now certainly I can't listen to music while asleep, or in lectures. When eating or shopping, I have no choice but to listen to whatever it is they're playing. Listening to music would be a distraction from playing my keyboard and watching videos, and as for being on the web, remember I don't have the internet at home - otherwise I would probably listen then.

However, I did find time for the first of the two Led Zep CDs yesterday. So far I'm not hugely thrilled, BUT I was feeling rather tired at the same time. I probably didn't take it in fully. The jury's still out on this . . .
