And who here besides myself is a fan of the Swedish foursome? They were really a lot more than cheesy disco songs, which seems to be all that some people remember them for, sadly . . . they really have done some eternal classics.

You've never heard of ABBA? My dear girl, your musical education is most decidedly lacking!

Their most famous hit is Dancing Queen, but that's nowhere near their best. I would seriously advise getting some of their albums, particularly "The Album" and "The Visitors". And "Super Trouper" is a great album, too . . .

i know the song "dancing queen" i dont listen to them though i like more rockish stuff (led zep., z z top, ect.)[8D]

Well, they are seriously a lot more than cheesy disco. Still, it's your choice, and if you don't want to bother, I won't try and ram it down your throat. But I do seriously recommend the three albums I listed above.
